Easter Egg Hunt

We had an egg hunt the day before Easter by my parents house. Dean, Joshua, Grandpa Cardon, Peyton, Kate, Hailey

Family Pictures

The Cardon Family decided to get a family picture since all of the siblings were in town. These are some snapshots my brother took as we were attempting the pictures. Dean was not wanting to cooperate so we were trying to bribe him. Of course he was perfectly fine after the pictures were taken. I will post the final pictures when we get them.We tried the flowers

even a sucker was not making him happy

Party at the Park

During the Easter weekend we had all of my siblings and their families in town. We got together a lot and one of the events we celebrated was Jacob's birthday. Here are just a few pictures of the fun party. Jacob

Kisses

Dean has been more affectionate with Julia and loves giving her hugs and kisses. He also likes taking his shirt off a lot.Dean likes the open mouth kisses. We are still working on that with him.

High School Friend

A couple of weeks ago Brian's friend from high school Larry came to visit with his daughter Kennedy. They haven't seen each other for over 10 years but they still talk or text a few times a week. We had a great visit with him and his daughter. The kids had a lot of fun playing. We hope they come again!Bringing out the yearbook

Haircut Sale! Limited Time Only! Act Now!

Hello all you readers of our blog. I have a once-in-a-lifetime offer. My sister, Meredith, is coming to stay the weekend with us. She is a cosmetologist extraordinaire! She previous worked at an exclusive salon (you know, the kind that charges $35 for a man's haircut) and now she only handles private clientele. She will be doing haircuts at our home Saturday and Monday only. There are only a limited number of spots, but she wanted to make the offer available to anyone who is interested. She is charging only $12 ($10 for children). On a serious note, she is very talented. Listen to the following:
"I owe my career and everything I am to my wonderful hairstylist, Meredith. Without her I would slumming it with my homegirls instead of living like a dreamgirl."~Beyonce
"I just wanted to thank Meredith for the gentle and professional way she performs. She has a gift and we are just lucky that she has chosen to share that gift so freely with the world"~the Pope.
Call or email. Don't be shy. Don't think about it. Just do it. Bring your kids, your spouses, and your grandma. First come, first served, and there are a limited number of openings.

Yard Work

Last Saturday Brian and the boys were doing some work in the backyard. Noah and Dean had the job of picking up all the oranges that had fallen off the tree. They just had to fill up the bucket. Dean loved it, Noah not as much. The upper right picture shows Noah's expression when he was told he was not finished yet. Dean was making the job a little harder because he kept dumping the oranges out of the bucket once it would get almost full. He did this about 4 times. It was fun watching them work together!
