Julia Swimming

Julia has become such a good little swimmer this summer. She continues to get better each day. She loves it! It is fun to think back at the beginning of the summer and how much she has improved over the past 2 months. It is usually hard to get her out of the water once we get in. Deborah gets to watch a lot when we go in the early evening. She doesn't mind since she usually finds something to put in her mouth.

Noah's 13th Birthday

We have a teenager in the home. It is pretty crazy that Noah is now 13. To celebrate Brian surprised him with a concert the night before. There were 4 bands that we saw BNL, Blues Traveler, and 2 others that I can't remember. It was a lot of fun but a late night. Noah was very tired on his birthday that he fell a sleep in the late afternoon. We had Grandma and Grandpa Cardon and the Ferrell's over for some dessert.  Noah wanted Key Lime Pie and I made a strawberry ice cream cake also.We just got a new camera so the pictures were not the best when he was blowing out the candles. He looks a little sleepy as well. We are glad to have Noah in the family. He is a good older brother to Dean, Julia, and Deborah. They love it when he is around. He continues to enjoy Boy Scouts and has earned a lot of merit badges. He is getting ready to start his 8th grade year of school in a couple of weeks. We look forward to continue to see him grow and learn during this coming year.

Deborah 11months

Deborah got her middle top 2 teeth the past week. It wiped her out for a few days. She had fevers for about 3 days and would sleep a total of about 19 hours a day. She is finally back to normal and is looking cute with more teeth. She also started pulling herself up from her knees to her feet by holding onto the couch. She does not do it a lot but atleast once a day. I have a feeling she will be doing it more and might surprise us by walking at a year. She loves putting anything she can in her mouth. I get to vacuum and sweep a lot. She is always crawling under the kitchen table and chairs and gets stuck a lot. She continues to talk a lot and it will be fun when she can form more words besides dada or daddy. We continue to adore her!

4th of July

We had a wonderful 4th of July! It is always fun to have Brian home an extra day of the week. We all took time to go to the gym and workout. We did some small projects around the home. The weather was amazing for July. It even rained a little bit. We had a little swim and barbeque at our home with some of my family. The kids loved it! After all the guests left we had our own little fireworks show that Dean and Brian picked out earlier in the day. These are just some of our fun after our guests left. Julia started getting a little scared when it was noisey and then finally went inside. She watched from the back door window and did not even want to do the sparklers. Deborah did great and only got scared once but calmed quickly.

The picture above is shows Julia's face when it started getting too noisey for her. She looks cute in the window but we were sad she would not join us!

 Brian looking so handsome!
 Deborah super smiley!
 Dean having a blast!
This is before we started so Julia was fine and actually excited.
