It was fun spending the 4th in cooler weather. Papa bought some sparklers and a few other items for us to use. Dean was a little nervous with the whole thing and did not even want to try the sparkler. I eventually just put him to bed because he thought it was too loud. Julia was already asleep. Maybe next year he will enjoy it more.
